Attempting to download the Constituency Boundaries 2016 dataset from http://data.osi.opendata.arcgis.com/ as a full dataset shapefile fails with the following error, "An error occurred while processing this dataset," while downloading the filtered dataset shapefile with all features included completes as expected.
