Importing Feature Classes from Native 9.1 Personal Geodatabase into a 9.1 MDB Created in ArcGIS 10.0:1. Open ArcCatalog 10.0 > ArcToolbox > Data Management Tools > Workspace > Create Personal GDB.2. When the Create Personal GDB dialog opens, select the Personal GDB Location browser and navigate to the new personal geodatabase folder > Add.3. In the Personal GDB Name field type Personal9_1.4. From the Personal GDB Version drop down, select 9.1 > OK.5. Once the Create Personal GDB tool has completed, click Close.6. In the ArcCatalog tree navigate to the folder location of the newly created personal geodatabase > Personal9_1.mdb and right-click > Import > Feature Class (single).7. The Feature Class to Feature Class dialog opens.8. Select the Input Features browser and navigate to the 9.1 geodatabase in question > Add the desired feature class.9. In the Output Feature Class field type test1 > OK.10. Once the Feature Class to Feature Class tool completes, click Close.11. Add your Feature Class to ArcMap.**Note: Features can be selected and identified and will not disappear when zooming in.
