arcpy.analysis.PairwiseIntersect fails with the error message "ERROR 000210: Cannot create output memory\layer" in ArcGIS Pro 3.4 when writing to the 'memory' workspace type within a loop when the output of the tool is used as the input for subsequent iterations.
