ArcMap Layout > Insert > Object > CorelDRAW X5 Vector element will not save as an .emf file in ArcGIS 10 SP3 on Windows XP. You can execute an Insert > Object > CorelDRAW X5 Graphic as a graphic, but the resulting text is blocky.
