Duplicate of BUG-000119201: This is a duplicate of the root cause of BUG-000119201解决办法
The problem is resolved by adding choices from the option list in XLS form as list items on the domain list on the feature layer in ArcGIS Online, but this is not a viable solution if the survey has a long choice list.
