The ArcGIS Online routing service is a more current data vintage than the 2024 Release 3 version of the StreetMap Premium network dataset, so the results are not the same; this is not an equal comparison. In addition, the ArcGIS Online routing service uses the concept of generated hierarchy when solving routes, which is not an option in the StreetMap Premium network dataset.解决办法
Pass the TopHierarchyLevel Overrides parameter in the solve request.
