附加信息
This behavior is expected and documented in the help topic that discussed connecting to GIS services: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/projects/connect-to-a-gis-server.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_77A44676600741BCB01586B8CCB27FB0
ArcMap map layers store built-in credentials for GIS services within the definition of the layer, so they do not have to prompt for credentials. This does not occur in ArcGIS Pro maps for security reasons. Built-in credentials for ArcGIS Pro map layers must be stored in the Windows Credential Manager. After adding an ArcMap map or map layer to an ArcGIS Pro project, the user is prompted for the built-in server credentials once per machine, and those credentials are stored in the Windows Credential Manager. Thereafter, there is no prompt for those credentials on the same machine. Only one set of credentials per server can be stored in the Windows Credential Manager.
This information is specifically addressed in the Note in the referenced section of the above help topic.
Alternatively, the administrator can configure the ArcGIS Enterprise portal or an ArcGIS stand-alone server to leverage credentials from the operating system or other credential management systems. When these forms of authentication are used, there is no need to sign in to access services.
