ArcGIS Pro adds the token parameter twice to Web Map Services (WMS) added to ArcGIS Pro through the Basemap Gallery from ArcGIS Online.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.解决办法
Some users use the Web Map Tile Service (WMTS) with the same layers instead, but not all WMTS contain exactly the same layers as the WMS.
