ArcGIS Pro add-ins cannot be installed and the ESRI ArcGIS Add-In Installation Utility throws an installation error when the Regional and Language setting is set to French (Canada).

1. Change the Regional and Language settings to English (United States).2. Keep the Regional and Language settings to Fench (Canada), but change the Additional settings > Decimal symbol from a comma to a period.重现步骤
