漏洞
ArcGIS Open Data is unable to complete downloads of the ArcGIS Online hosted service, DC Storm Sewer, from http://opendata.dc.gov/, which contains complex geometry with a large number of vertices and displays the following error, "An error occurred while processing this dataset."
