On July 1, 2017 Esri retired ArcGIS for Windows Mobile product and users are encouraged to migrate mobile field editing projects to Collector for ArcGIS app or another ArcGIS app available at http://www.esri.com/software/apps.解决办法
1. Go to ArcMap.2. Select all attributes with a blank input.3. Replace these attributes with <NULL>.4. Re-save the mobile cache and continue the normal process of creating a mobile project.重现步骤
