This issue is not addressed. Use one of the mentioned workarounds.解决办法
Select one of the following options:- Run the ArcGIS Maps for SharePoint GUI installer (Setup.exe) on each Web Front Ends (WFE) server.
- Run the PowerShell deploy operation described. For more information, refer to, ArcGIS Maps for SharePoint: Install ArcGIS Maps for SharePoint on each WFE Server.
