ArcGIS GIS Server 10.4.1 returns "Failed to execute query" and "ORA-01446 underlying DBMS error" when executing a spatial query at REST and providing either a "Result Offset" or "Result Record Count" parameter with an "Input Geometry" specified. This only occurs when the source data geometry type is Esri Binary or SDO Geometry type in an Oracle database.
