漏洞
ArcGIS for INSPIRE view service calls requires the SERVICE parameter for a GetMap request. Remove this requirement as per the open geospatial consortium (OGC) specification for Web Map Service (WMS). The SERVICE parameter is only required for the GetCapabilities requests.
