This crashing behavior is fixed in ArcGIS Field Maps 24.2.2.解决办法
Publish each layer as a separate feature service, then add these individual layers to a web map in Portal for ArcGIS or apply the filter from the web map viewer rather than from ArcGIS Desktop.
