ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes 11.4 Notebook Services fail to start due to notebook network policy preventing egress traffic to port 53, which is used by Kubernetes DNS in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) environments.

解决办法

After running the following code: $ kubectl -n geo-arc-enterprise-dev delete networkpolicy arcgis-interactive-notebooks-network-policy arcgis-job-notebooks-network-policy, the notebook service was able to be successfully started.
