ArcGIS Earth 2.0 exports empty .mp4 files with 0 bytes when the Region settings on the computer are set to Greek.

解决办法

ArcGIS Earth 2.0 works as expected when setting the Region settings to English. Exporting a movie file results in an empty file only when the Language and Region settings are set to Greek.
