ArcGIS API for Python method reassign_to() from the user class raises an exception when transferring content with dependencies.

解决办法

Transfer ownership manually from the item class, using the reassign_to() method looping over all owned items; group membership must also be explicitly transferred by code.

The code must wrap the method in a try-catch structure because when transferring dependent items, it also crashes if using an item.reassign_to() directly over a dependent item. It works fine when transferring the parent item, not the children. Therefore, the need for the try-catch.
