Applying an SSL certificate with Elliptic Curve Cryptograph (ECC) encryption to ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1 results in the site not functioning properly.

解决办法

• Stop ArcGIS Monitor service, and switch back to the default (self-signed) certificate provided with ArcGIS Monitor by manually deleting the SSL file created after applying their certificate. This can be found and deleted by default at C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\ESRI\ArcGISMonitor\config-store-server\ssl. Then Start ArcGIS Monitor service.
• Use an SSL certificate with RSA encryption instead.
