This behavior is not reproducible in Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) 18.1.0.解决办法
Sign out and sign in to the Collector for ArcGIS app, and the web map is updated.
Or
1. Open another map in Collector for ArcGIS, and close the map.
2. Refresh the app.
3. Open the map of interest, and the changes are now updated.
