This behavior is by design. The Stakeholder view created by Survey123 is used to view data, and the Fieldworker view is designed to submit data. Hence, the allowOthersToQuery property is set to false. Use the Stakeholder view instead because an external organization member is able to view data in Map Viewer.重现步骤
