An empty table is generated after successfully creating a checkout replica with a standalone table from an enterprise geodatabase (EGDB) to a file geodatabase (FGDB) in ArcGIS Pro.

This is as designed for the Create Replica geoprocessing tool in ArcMap. Refer to https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/geodatabases/overview/prepare-data-for-replication.htm under the 'Replicate all data' topic on how to get all the records of the table. Adding a SQL Query "1=1" to the feature class's properties, resolved the issue.解决办法
Add a 1=1 SQL query to the Definition Query of the table to replicate all records.
