An attribute rule provided in the 'Limit Edits within a Boundary with Attribute Rules' blog is not applied in certain areas as expected in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1.

Either downgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 11 or edit the attribute rule used by replacing the line 'var boundaryGlobalId = boundary.globalId;' with the following:

for (var contador in fsIntersectedBoundaries)

boundary= contador;

var boundaryGlobalId = lower(contador.globalId);
