This is limited by ArcGIS JavaScript API. Changing the spatial reference without removing it and creating a new one is not supported by the map. Web AppBuilder is not able to resolve it. See the documentation: http://doc.arcgis.com/en/web-appbuilder/create-apps/widget-basemap.htm.重现步骤
