Use the 'Fetch updates ...' action with a trigger to apply the changes to a feature layer. 'Get data from feature layer' must not be used for this purpose because it always returns all the fields present in the feature layer. The 'Available fields' parameter must be used together with 'Comparison type' and 'Search parameter value' to filter the results when getting data from the feature layer.
