After Windows (KB4484114) and ArcGIS Pro 2.4.2 update, ArcGIS Pro returns an error when opening an Excel file with both Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 (32-bit and 64-bit) are installed on a machine with 64-bit Windows and 64-bit MS Office.
