After the ArcGIS Online November 2024 update, changing the sharing level of a Web Map that contains an Esri Vector Tile Basemap and then navigating to the Web Map's Item Details page throws a "The item you requested cannot be found. The item may have been deleted or you may have entered an incorrect URL" error.
