After importing the asset package and enabling subnetworks, certain network elements are unreachable. Such elements are connected, and the Update Is Connected tool confirms they are connected.

The only solution to resolve the issue is to redraw the horizontal (multipart) busbar in the cabinet. Once the busbar is redrawn, even if it is identical, connectivity issues are resolved, and the network elements become reachable.
