Instead of Administrator it is possible to use the ArcIMS Service Administrator (esriadmin) with HTTPS and required client certificates / CAC cards.Instead of Designer it is possible to create web applications using the ArcIMS Website Manager at ArcIMS 9.2.Alternatively, create an internal only website in IIS assigned to 127.0.0.1 in order to bypass the existing HPSS & CAC security settings of the main website. This will enable the use of Administrator and Designer on the server itself only.重现步骤
