Adding new minimum zoom levels to the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS with the Launchpad theme corrupts the visibility range settings for layers in the underlying web map that are set to street scale of below 1:10,000.

解决办法
The current workaround is to only remove the visibility range values that are not desired in order to restrict the web app zooming.Adding any custom values to the list seems to mess with the underlying web map.重现步骤
