Adding a layer file (.lyrx) from a folder in the Layer To KML tool in ArcGIS Pro 2.4 creates no output.

1. Navigate to the Layer To KML tool.
2. Use the drop-down menu (instead of the Folder icon) to choose the feature class layer.
3. Give an output destination.
4. Run the tool. The actual file output is created at the destination.
