Add documentation that explicitly states that address locators are not copied to compressed and locked file geodatabase when creating a data package using Publisher.

解决办法
Create a compressed and locked file geodatabase and include the address locator separately for users to use with the pmf. Or, use the copy data in existing format function. This will copy the entire file geodatabase that is referenced.重现步骤
