Below are two options:

1. Click the Open ArcGIS Online Item page button for the Item in the Minimal Gallery application.
2. The Organization B item must be Public to be accessed through the Minimal Gallery app, and Group A in Organization A when clicking Open in Gallery or Open Full Screen Application.
