Accessing a geodatabase's locks information returns the following error message in the Geodatabase Administration dialog box: "Column value is null."

解决办法

Confirm the geodatabase contains orphaned locks by querying the Table locks, Layer locks, Object locks, State locks and Process information system tables in the database. It is not advisable to manipulate these system tables directly. However, these locks are orphaned in the database and so can't be accessed by the ArcGIS client software.
