The ArcGIS Online option "Allow others to export to different formats." applies specifically to whether or not Export options are made available in ArcGIS Online and doesn't affect other applications. ArcMap uses standard query capabilities of the data source to perform operations like Export Data and Geoprocessing. Limiting just the Export Data command doesn't restrict the ability to make copies of the features as this could also be done with a variety of Geoprocessing commands including Copy Features. External to ArcMap, queries could be made on the service to get data as well. If you wish to limit access to the features, secure the service.重现步骤
