A web map with multiple layers (in ArcGIS Online or in connected mode) with each layer having its own template for data collection and all layers are being turned off. When the web map is opened in Collector for ArcGIS (version 18.0.2, build 2109) with one layer is turned on, turning on any other layer thereafter for further data collection does not refresh the templates to reflect the new layer template.
