漏洞
A Web Feature Service (WFS) GetFeature request in ArcGIS for Server for the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) 1.0.0 and 1.1.0 for a point feature service honors the designated axis order, but can only be returned when appending the bounding box (BBOX) filter with an opposite axis order BBOX parameter, or by specifying the EPSG code, EPSG: 4326 as a fifth parameter to the BBOX parameter.
