The default SceneViewTilingScheme is Web Mercator. To use basemaps in WGS84 tiling scheme, set the tiling scheme of the scene using the constructor, for example: `MySceneView.Scene = new Scene(SceneViewTilingScheme.Geographic);`重现步骤
