A Survey123 for ArcGIS survey created in web designer 3.1 does not honor auto-populated fields in Internet Explorer 11.

Based on the repro steps provided, this issue is no longer reproducible due to updates made with 3.1 hotfix to website. Tested with the provided survey URL with IE 11 (11.471.17134.0), Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari and can see all values loading into web form as expected in all those browser versions.解决办法
