漏洞
A raster tile layer does not render in Map Viewer when creating a WebMap and using Add_layer from a python notebook.

解决办法
- After running the notebook, open the web map in Map Viewer Classic. Zoom to the layer. The tile layer renders with no issue in Map Viewer Classic. Save the web map and open it in Map Viewer. The raster tile layer displays as expected.
- Add the layer in Map Viewer by clicking Add > Add Layer by URL.
