漏洞
A query against the REST endpoint fails when using a list of fields in Out Fields and Distinct Values is set to True, Return Geometry is set to False, and values are entered for Result Offset and Result Record Count.

Using the provided service in the 'steps to reproduce' case. Querying and viewing the results are possible using the service and 'steps to reproduce' parameters provided in the bug description. A new service is also published using the same parameters, and it is able to query and view the correct results. Test results are based on using the latest version of our software.解决办法
- Change the Return Geometry parameter to True.
- Return all fields instead of a list of fields for the Out Fields parameter.
- Do not specify the parameters for Result Offset and Result Record Count.
