解决办法
In ArcGIS 3.5.x, change the script to use the arcgis.mapping module instead of arcgis.layers. The script runs successfully in the Python window without any error or warning. Refreshing the layer’s Settings page in ArcGIS Online confirmed that offline mode was successfully enabled.
