漏洞
A publicly shared hosted feature layer view does not display features in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer if the features are created after the respective hosted feature layer is configured with the 'Editors can only see their own features (requires editor tracking)' editor setting.

This issue is not reproducible in the latest version of ArcGIS Online. Contact Esri Support Services if the issue persists.解决办法
- Use ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic to display the hosted feature layer view.
- Create the view layer before the editor settings of the hosted feature layer are configured.
