A hosted feature layer view from ArcGIS Solutions cannot be transferred between accounts. The process returns “Unable to transfer item. The service 'FireHydrantOperability_flowrate' has views that are related to other services.” error message.

解决办法

The following is identified as the recommended workaround until the solution is updated:

1. Delete the _flowrate view, the fire hydrant inspections notebook, and the Fire Hydrant Inspections solution item.

2. Transfer the remaining items from the solution to the target user.

3. Deploy Fire Hydrant Inspections again as the new user. This creates the _flowrate view on top of the existing service under the new user, the notebook on top of the _flowrate view, and lays down a new solution item. It does not create any other items. All other items are referenced from the previous deployment.
