漏洞
A development URL is exposed when using the Basemap Gallery widget in Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1 in either a Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS application or a Web AppBuilder (Developer Edition) application when vector basemaps are enabled in the Portal organization settings.
