漏洞
A database user with only SELECT privileges on one schema granted with a database role is unable to publish a referenced services from ArcGIS Pro when an identical table exists in a different schema in the same enterprise geodatabase.

Publish from ArcMap for the same circumstance, rename the table, or allow the SELECT permissions on another schema.
