Its a known limitation for now. It will be fixed once we move to JSAPI 4.x

解决办法

The workaround can either be done in ArcGIS Pro or in ArcGIS Online.1. In Pro, add a Text element and add the fields that you want in the popup. Remove the Fields element as that will be dropped when viewed in the portal map viewer; and would duplicate the data in the popup in ArcGIS Pro.<a href="http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/mapping/navigation/configure-pop-ups.htm" target="_blank">http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/mapping/navigation/configure-pop-ups.htm</a>2. In ArcGIS Online, open the hosted feature layer in ArcGIS > Configure Pop-up > Select ‘A custom attribute display’ and manually add the field as desired.
