附加信息
You must use an ags server connection with your user credentials stored in it when building the composite locator in order for batch geocoding to work when published. It works in ArcMap because it uses the credentials that you have signed in with but when the locator is on the server, it doesn't know what those credentials are. NOTE that the credentials used to create the composite are the ones that will be used to deduct credits from.
