The described issue is referring to the contrast of loading GIF when the web app first launches in the browser. However, according to the WCAG guideline (https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG/#contrast-minimum), this GIF/image does not belong to "text" or "image of text", thus it has no contrast requirement. This issue will not be addressed because it is not a valid request from third-party testing software results, according to the official 508 accessibility guideline.重现步骤
