Unable to delete a record from a survey in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic

Description

When attempting to delete records from the hosted feature layer of an ArcGIS Survey123 survey in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic, the Delete option is unavailable.

Cause

This issue occurs when the deleting capabilities of the survey is not enabled on the ArcGIS Survey123 website.

Solution or Workaround

To resolve the issue, enable the deleting capabilities of the survey on the ArcGIS Survey123 website.

Note: 
Only survey owners and organization administrators can perform the following workflow.

1. Log in to the ArcGIS Survey123 website using the same credentials as ArcGIS Online.
2. On the My Surveys tab, select Surveys I own from the drop-down list.

3. Browse to the survey, and click the Collaborate icon.

4. On the survey page, on the Collaborate tab, click Share survey.
5. On the Share survey tab, in the What can submitters do? section, enable the Add, update, and delete records option.
6. Click Save.
